After graduating from Norco High school Jessica entered Riverside Community College, where she began her path toward a major in Broadcast journalism. She has since transferred to Mt. San Jancinto College. She hopes to obtain a career involving her with the equine and rodeo industry.

Jessica stays actively involved with her church youth development program. She enjoys fishing, wake boarding, snowboarding, gymkhana's and competing with the Riverside County Barrel Racers. She also enjoys competing at CA Cowboys Pro Rodeo Association circuit in Barrel racing and breakaway roping.
