Representing “The Biggest Little Rodeo in California,” Shannon is a 23-year-old student at Los Positas Community College where she recently obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. Her plans are to transfer to Cal State Fresno in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Communications with a minor in Marketing. After graduation, she is looking forward to starting an image-consulting firm. Shannon has many horsemanship awards in cutting and reining and holds six rodeo queen titles. Some of her other interests include calf branding, team roping and playing a variety of sports. Above all, she loves being involved in the sport of Rodeo.
